The Initial Fee (without VAT): 5.000 Euros
The Royalty Fee is equal to 4% of the sales.
The duration of the contract is 5 years, with possibility of extension.
Minimum space requirements: 50 m², out of which 40 m² for the kitchen.
The layout and design costs vary depending upon the size and state of the chosen
location.
The minimum financial investment required for equipping the kitchen: 7000 Euros
The minimum financial investment required for the implementation of the trading
software: 3000 Euros
The minimum financial investment required for the surveillance
system: 1000 Euro
Minimum number of employees/ 2 shifts:
- kitchen personnel: 2 / shift
- sales personnel: 1 / shift
- delivery personnel: 2
Total number of employees: 8
The minimum duration of the training period:
- kitchen personnel: 1,5 - 2 months
- sales personnel: 2 – 3 weeks
- delibery personnel: 1 - 2 weeks
