- 50 m², out of which 40 m² for the kitchen – in a space located in a Mall or a Shopping Centre

The layout and design costs vary depending upon the size and state of the chosen location.

The minimum financial investment required for equipping the kitchen: 8000 Euros

The minimum financial investment required for the implementation of the trading software: 4000 Euros

The minimum financial investment required for the surveillance system: 1000 Euros

Minimum number of employees/ 2 shifts:
- kitchen personnel: 2 / shift
- sales personnel: 1 / shift
Total number of employees: 6

The minimum duration of the training period:
- kitchen personnel: 1 - 2 months
- sales personnel: 2 - 3 weeks
