The Initial Fee (without VAT): 10.000 Euros

The Royalty Fee is equal to 4% of the sales.

The duration of the contract is 5 years, with possibility of extension.

Minimum space requirements: 150 m², out of which 40-50 m² are reserved for the kitchen.

The minimum financial investment required for equipping the kitchen: 10000 Euros.

The layout and design costs vary depending upon the size and state of the chosen location.

The minimum financial investment required for the implementation of the trading software: 6000 Euros.

The minimum financial investment required for the surveillance system: 1500 Euros.

Minimum number of employees/ 2 shifts:
- kitchen personnel: 3 /shift
- waiters: 2 /shift
- bartenders: 1 /shift
Total number of employees: 12

The minimum duration of the training period:
- kitchen personnel: 1,5 - 2 months
- waiters: 2 - 3 weeks
- bartenders: 2 - 3 weeks
